Ben speaks at the D&AD Festival

At this year's D&AD Festival, in one of two workshops hosted by The Talent Business, Ben (our CCO) and Melody Sylvester (Executive Producer at RSA Films) delivered "Under Pressure: A Masterclass in Developing Resilience for Aspiring Creative Leaders".

Dealing with setbacks, rejection, constant change and endless deadlines – are all part of daily life in dynamic creative businesses, but it can make them volatile and stressful places to work. However, what’s important is not what happens to us but how we respond.

Ambitious creatives learnt how to survive the inevitable pressure at the top of successful creative organisations with tips, guidance and real insights for building the resilience to thrive on their way up the ladder.
